I recently attended an in-person personal/professional development conference in Nashville, and in this episode, I wanted to share some of my takeaways from this event. The event was called Oolapalooza, which focused on creating a life of balance, growth, and purpose using the Oola Lifestyle Framework of the 7 key areas of health and wellness.

 

Coming back from this event, I feel really good about having seven specific goals that I'm going to work towards in 2023. Today I am sharing with you these 7 key areas of health and wellness and how to start working on them now so you can start 2023 with momentum and focus on working toward your goals.
